Immer gerne wieder mit Yatours

 Wir (60 und 24) wurden von unserem Fahrer Mr. Roland von Yatours auf der 6-taegigen Rundreise super betreut. Er hat wirklich viel erklaert und ging voellig auf unsere Wuensche ein. Yatours ist eine Travelagency, die zuverlaessig und korrekt arbeitet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Großartig

Von Anfang an lief es hundertprozentig. Jede E-Mail wurde unverzüglich beantwortet und alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Wir haben uns für eher einfache Hotels entschieden und sind stets angenehm überrascht worden. Entweder befanden sie sich an besonderen Orten, oder/und die Leute waren so herzlich, dass es NUR gut sein konnte. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns das "Lion Rock" mitten im Urwald (SUPER nette Kellner), das "Saubaggya Inn" (herzlichste Bewirtung, extra leckeres Essen und besonderes Kümmern!), das "Ramboda Falls Hotel" mit dem Wasserfall direkt vor der Nase (beeindruckend), das "Panorama Hotel" in Ella mit einem überwältigenden Blick, dem Gesang der Mönche aus dem Tal und einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang. Irre! Außerdem das "Hotel Hibiscus" mitten in den Reisfeldern und nicht zu vergessen, die Strandhütte im "Ranmal Hotel" in Hikkaduwa, super Strand, super Sonnenuntergang, wunderbare hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Kellner!

Unser Fahrer "Joseph" ist besonders zu erwähnen! Er ist auf "alle" Wünsche eingegangen, hat unser Geld stets zum besten Kurs getauscht, war immer pünktlich und ist ansich ein wundervoller Mensch! Als wir mit einem Hotel Probleme hatten, dem "Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel" ist der Chef "Udaya" sofort gekommen um die Angelegenheit zu klären. Einzigartiger Service!

Wir sind super zufrieden und hatten eine unglaublich bereichernde Zeit, haben viele wundervolle Menschen kennengelernt und fühlten uns stets in den besten Händen! Dieser Urlaub wird uns ewig bleiben!

Se sluzbami Yatours jsem byla velice spokojena. Veskere me dotazy byly zodpovezene pred nasim priletem na Sri Lanku vcetne kontaktnich telefonnich cisel.
Nas ridic Roland nas vyzvedl na domluvenem miste v domluvenou hodinu a pak jsme spolecne probrali itinerar naseho 10 denniho vyletu. Roland mluvi velice pekne anglicky a moc dobre se vyznal ve vsech oblastech, kde jsme se pohybovaly. Nechaly jsme na nem i objednavani ubytovani behem vyletu, takze jsme se nemusely starat o ubytovani na pristim miste. Roland se v pripade potreby vzdy zdrzoval v nasi blizkosti a dokazal nam vysvetlit mistni zvyky, pojmenovat faunu i floru a upozornit nas na mista, kterymi jsme projizdeli, ale neplanovaly jsme se tam zastavit.
Diky Rolandovi jsme se hooodne nasmaly, ma uzasny smysl pro humor, takze nam to az bylo lito, kdyz nas vysadil na letisti a doprovodil do odletove haly. Take diky nemu se nam vylet v listopadu 2011 hodne povedl a vsechny na nej rady vzpominame.
Na zacatku i na konci pobytu jsem nekolikrat mluvila i s Udayou, ktery si telefonicky overoval, ze je vse v poradku a ze vsechno jde podle naseho priblizneho planu. Jak jsem se zminila hned na zacatku, se sluzbami Yatours jsem byla nejen ja velice spokojena.

With the services of Yatours I was very satisfied. All my questions were answered prior to our arrival in Sri Lanka, including contact phone numbers.
Our driver picked us at the Roland-arranged place at the appointed hour, and then we discuss the itinerary together our 10-day trip. Roland speaks English very nice and very well confessed in all areas where we moved. We left on it and ordered accommodation during the trip, so we do not have to worry about accommodation at the next spot. Roland, if necessary, always stayed close to us and proved to us to explain local customs, fauna and flora name and alert us to the places which we passed through, but we did not plan to stop there.
Thanks to Roland hooodne we laugh, has a great sense of humor, and so we were sorry when we landed at the airport and escorted to the departure hall. Also made the trip with us in November 2011 succeeded a lot and all the best advice to remember.
At the beginning and end of stay I spoke several times with Uday, who have phone verified that everything is alright and that everything goes according to our approximate plan. As I mentioned at the very beginning, the services of Yatours I was very satisfied.

Notre voyage au sri Lanka a été fantastique. Nous avons adoré Roland, plein d'humour de générosité et de patience ( et il lui a fallu de la patience). Il est agréable d'avoir un chauffeur qui connait son pays et nous en transmet les us coutumes ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre ce pays. Nous avons passé des moments extraordinaires avec roland que nous invitions à notre table. Sachez que si vous avez la chance de profiter de ses services qu'il est trés gourmand et aime particuliérement lec chocolat. Je conseille vivement Yatours pour découvrir le sri lanka. A une prochaine fois Yatours et Rolland.

Im März 2011 haben wir eine 7 tägige Sri Lanka Rundreise gemacht. Gebucht haben wir diese bei Mr. Udaya www. yatours.com. Wir waren 2 Pers. und hatten einen Toyota. In Colombo angekommen mit Flug von Frankfurt, wurden wir von Herrn Udaya und seinem Fahrer Susantha herzlich begrüßt. Nach einigen Formalitäten, ging es auch schon Los Richtung Dambulla, ca. 7 Std.. wo wir am
späten Nachmittag ankamen. Hier möglichkeit zum Elefantenreiten. Am nächsten Tag fuhren wir weiter Richtung Polonaruwa. Wir besichtigten den Sigiriya Felsen ( Kassapas Wolkenpalast), 2000 Rupie pro. Pers.
Danach weiter nach Polonaruwa. Besichtigung Ausgrabungsstätte (ehemalige Königsstadt. ca. 36€ für 2 Pers.
Am nächsten Tag ging es nach Dambulla, Besichtigung Höhlentempel ca. 16€
dann Besichtigung in Nalanda einen Gedige Hindu Tempel. (kleiner Tempel an einem See. Danach ging es weiter nach Kandy wo wir 2 Tage blieben.
Besichtigung Königspalast, Zahntempel, Museum und Abends in die Kandy Dancer Show. Sehr zu empfehlen. Besichtigung Edelsteinschleiferei.
Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir von unserem Fahrer zur Bahnstation gebracht. Dort sind wir für 70 cent 4,5 Std mit dem Zug Richtung Nuwara Elia gefahren. Einfach ein muß. Wunderschöne Fahrt durch bergige Landschaft mit Teeplantagen, Reisfeldern und Wasserfällen.
Unser Fahrer wartete in Elia, wo wir direkt eine Teefabrik besichtigten 200 Rupie. Sehr interressant vom plücken des Tees bis zum fertigen Produkt. Dann durften wir auch den Tee geniessen einfach super.
Hier in Nuwara Elia gute Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Häuser sind im Colonialischem Stil erbaut.
Am nächsten Tag ging es weiter Richtung Tissamaharama.
Dort haben wir eine Safari im Yale NP. im offenen Jeep gemacht. Einfach toll
viele Vögel, Elefanten, Krokodile und vieles mehr.
Weiter gind am nächsten Tag Richtung Galle. Dort haben wir das Museum und das Fort besichtigt. Sehr schön. Möglichkeit zum Whale Watching.
Die Boote fahren schon sehr früh. Wir kamen erst gegen Mittag dor an. Schade das wir das nicht erleben durften.
Danach Besichtigung einer Gewürzplantage und Weiterfahrt zum Strandhotel.

Der Fahrer war einfach super,meisterte den lebhaften Verkehr, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Reiseunternehmen bestens Empfehlen.

Alles im allen kostete uns die Rundreise inclusiv Hotel, Frühstück, Versicherung, essen und Unterkunft für den Fahrer 780€.

In March 2011, we have a 7-day Sri Lanka tour made. We booked this on Mr. Udaya www. yatours.com. We were two people. and had a Toyota. Arrived in Colombo flight from Frankfurt, we were greeted by Mr. Udaya and his driver Susantha heartily. After some formalities, it was already towards Los Dambulla, about 7 hours. where we are most
Late afternoon arrived. This possibility for elephant rides. The next day we drove on towards Polonaruwa. We visited the Sigiriya rock (Kassapa's palace clouds), 2000 per rupee. Pers.
Then on to Polonaruwa. Visit archaeological site (former royal city. About 36 € for 2 pers.
The next day we went to Dambulla cave temple tour about 16 €
then visit Nalanda in a Hindu temple Nuggets. (Small temple on a lake. Then we went to Kandy where we stayed for 2 days.
Visit the Royal Palace, Temple of the Tooth, Kandy Museum and the Dancer in the evening show. Highly recommended. Visit lapidary.
The next morning we were taken to the station by our driver. There, we went for 70 cents 4.5 hours by train to Nuwara Elia. Simply a must. Beautiful drive through hilly countryside with tea plantations, rice fields and waterfalls.
Our driver was waiting in Elia, where we visited a tea factory direct 200 rupee. Very interresting from the tea Plücker to finished product. Then we could enjoy the tea just super.
Here in Nuwara Elia good eating and shopping. The houses are built in the Colonial style.
The next day we went on towards Tissamaharama.
There we have a safari in the Yale NP. made in an open jeep. Just great
many birds, elephants, crocodiles and much more.
Ginde continue the next day towards Galle. There we visited the museum and the fort. Very beautiful. Opportunity for whale watching.
The boats leave very early. We arrived around noon dor. Too bad we could not experience this.
Then a visit to a spice plantation and drive to the beach hotel.

The driver was just great, mastered the bustling traffic, was very friendly and helpful. We can travel company best recommendations.

Everything in the round trip cost us all inclusive hotel, breakfast, food insurance, and accommodation for the driver € 780.

Wir hatten eine 6 tägige Rundreise von Unawatuna nach Negombo gebucht. Am Airport hatten wir uns mit Mr. Udaya (www.yatours.com)  verabredet um unsere Anzahlung zu leisten und den Abholtermin zu vereinbaren. Am 4 Tag nach unserer Ankunft holte uns Ari, unser Fahrer, pünktlich um 9 Uhr ab. Auf der Rundreise ( Unawatuna,Tissa,Elle,Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Sigiriya ,Negombo) war er uns stehts ein guter Reisefüher. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

We had booked a 6 day round trip from Unawatuna to Negombo. At the airport we had arranged to meet with Mr. Udaya (www.yatours.com ) to make our down payment and agree to the collection date. On the 4th day after our arrival we took Ari, from our drivers, clock promptly at 9. During the tour, (Unawatuna, Tissa, Elle, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Sigiriya, Negombo) he was, we have a good tourist guide. Thank you for the nice days.

Monsieur, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le circuit  de 13 jours que nous avons fait au Sri Lanka avec votre chauffeur SISIL.Cest un chauffeur très symphathique, qui conduit de façon exemplaire. Il est très attentionné et nous à promené à travers le pays à des endroits magnifiques. il était toujours à notre écoute.

We undertook a three-week Sri-Lanka-tour with a driver of this firm.  We saw very much of Sri Lanka.  The driver (by the name of Sisil) was very friendly, obligingly and helpful.  It is always very respectable and very carefully gone.  We have ourselves on the streets Sri Lankas, also in the infernalest traffic, always relatively certainly felt.  We went of Colombo out of several hundred kilometers through the south - of Hikkaduwa over Ella and Nuwara Eliya until Sigiriya and Anuradhapura.  We celebrated "German Lanka" in Ambalangoda New Year’s Eve in a beautiful hotel by the name of.  Lion beer and Arrak flowed in streaming!  The hotel lay organized a passage at a river and the driver midnight ago.  We celebrated at the beach then into the early morning hours with Russian and German tourist.  The driver provided in the end that everyone came again safely back into the hotel.  The driver showed us also interesting sights in different villages (like temple, etc.), stand that not in the guide.  It is even three hours with on a mountain to a Shiwa temple marched!  Just as it accompanied a member of our party to an original Sri Lankesischen barber (in the bus railway station of Tangalle).  Also it showed us always the best purchase possibilities and always accompanied us in the shopping.  The driver knows also very good lodgings and wonderful restaurants (many a with the best Curry courts of entirely Sri Lanka!), also in the most remote areas.  Some are very favorable and true secret tips!  A hotel was in small palm Tree forest middle at the beach.  It was very wide-ranging and discarded, very quietly and peacefully.  A Swimming pool and precious Seafood made this oasis to a true paradise!  We can recommend Sisil as a driver and Guide only warmly!

Wir haben eine dreiwöchige Sri-Lanka-Tour mit einem Fahrer dieser Firma unternommen. Wir haben sehr viel von Sri Lanka gesehen. Der Fahrer (namens Sisil) war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist immer sehr anständig und sehr vorsichtig gefahren. Wir haben uns auf den Straßen Sri Lankas, auch im höllischsten Verkehr, immer relativ sicher gefühlt. Wir sind von Colombo aus mehrere hundert Kilometer durch den Süden gefahren - von Hikkaduwa über Ella und Nuwara Eliya bis Sigiriya und Anuradhapura. Wir haben in einem wunderschönen Hotel namens "German Lanka" in Ambalangoda Silvester gefeiert. Lion-Bier und Arrak flossen in Strömen! Das Hotel lag an einem Fluß und der Fahrer hat eine Überfahrt vor Mitternacht organisiert. Wir haben dann bis in die frühen Morgenstunden mit russischen und deutschen Touristen am Strand gefeiert. Der Fahrer hat schließlich dafür gesorgt, dass alle wieder heil zurück ins Hotel gekommen sind. Der Fahrer hat uns auch interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in verschiedenen Ortschaften (wie Tempel, etc.) gezeigt, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen. Er ist sogar drei Stunden mit auf einen Berg zu einem Shiwa-Tempel marschiert! Ebenso hat er ein Mitglied unserer Reisegruppe zu einem original Sri Lankesischen Friseur begleitet (im Busbahnhof von Tangalle). Auch hat er uns immer die besten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gezeigt und uns beim Einkaufen immer begleitet. Der Fahrer kennt auch sehr gute Unterkünfte und wunderbare Restaurants (manche mit den besten Curry-Gerichten von ganz Sri Lanka!), auch in den abgelegensten Gegenden. Manche sind sehr günstig und wahre Geheimtipps! Ein Hotel befand sich in einem kleinen Palmenwald mitten am Strand. Es war sehr weiträumig und abgelegen, sehr ruhig und friedlich. Ein Swimming-Pool und köstliches Seafood machten diese Oase zu einem wahren Paradies! Wir können Sisil als Fahrer und Guide nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Dear friends,

Since Tuesday evening we are back in our very cold country (-14degC when we arrived) and are already missing the warmth of Sri Lanka - not to speak of the climate only, but also of the warmth of the people!

When we arrived at CMB airport, we had not one single idea about this country, as it was a very spontaneous decision to come to Sri Lanka, we didn’t even have time to buy a travel guidebook. Being special at the beginning when you cached us on the way to smoking, our experience afterwards has shown that it was the best we could do, having booked the trip with you!

Bandula the driver has shown to be a true friend, very experienced in knowledge about the country and its nature and animals, very helpful in all situations and also we had great fun together!

Even though now reading the warnings from our (and other countries) department of foreign affairs not to go to Sri Lanka because of the political situation, we never felt at risk and we do actively recommend the country and your services to our friends and colleagues here in Europe!

We wish to thank you for your flexibility and help the days after our official trip and wish you, your family and for your company yatours all the best!
